Rapid Deployment Prints produces custom 3D-printed objects in PLA filament on a made-to-order basis. Because each piece is manufactured specifically for the customer, it is essential that all parties understand the nature, limitations, and responsibilities involved. Please read carefully before placing an order.
PLA layer lines can harbor bacteria. Do not use for direct food contact, food storage, or beverage use.
PLA softens at ~60°C. Do not expose to prolonged sunlight, hot vehicles, or heat sources.
Unless agreed as child-safe, products are not suitable for children under 3 and may contain small or sharp parts.
The customer warrants they own or are licensed to reproduce any submitted design. Rapid Deployment Prints accepts no IP infringement liability.
PLA color may vary between batches and may differ from screen. Exact color matching requires a physical swatch agreed in advance.
PLA prints are not substitutes for machined parts under heavy load. Do not use in structural, load-bearing, or safety-critical applications.
No returns or refunds for change of mind. Defective items will be reprinted at no charge.
Once accepted by the carrier, Rapid Deployment Prints is not liable for transit damage. We will assist in filing claims where possible.
By submitting a print request and making payment, you confirm that: (1) you have read and understood this Statement of Understanding; (2) you accept full responsibility for the intended use of the printed object; (3) you agree that Rapid Deployment Prints's liability is limited to the value of the order; and (4) you indemnify Rapid Deployment Prints against any claim arising from misuse, improper handling, or IP infringement related to your submitted design.
